There are a number of things you’ll want to consider when deciding where to live. If you have a family, you will want to decide what is best for the whole family. This includes looking at the neighborhood in general, what kind of school system is near, you’ll have access to public transport and how easy is to access it, and what kind of activities you can share with family.

The size and location can be an important determinant as well. Some people get lost in a crowd, while others tend to love the crazy environment. It is certainly a different lifestyle between the suburbs and downtown. And again, everything goes back to what you want.

Another important factor to consider is the cost of the property you are viewing. Tends to be a big difference in price between the suburbs and downtown. For some people money is simply not a problem. However, for the most part, money is certainly something we have to look closely before making any hasty decisions.

While it depends on what you want, there are some important differences between the two. If you like the scene of the night and enjoy going to bars and clubs, buying a place downtown is the way forward. This tends to be popular among young people and those who are starting.

If you are looking to start a family and settle down, the suburbs are usually a better option. It’s a much calmer environment and tends to be safer as well. Although you can never escape crime altogether, living in the suburbs has the family away from the nightlife scene and crime that occurs.

The suburbs are usually far from the action too. Downtown is where most theme parks, sports stadiums, and galleries. There is much more to do downtown and the suburbs are sometimes far from the center. This may make it difficult to stay active and show kids a good time. But this is not always the case.

The last thing to consider is where your work is. Many people like to live close to work for an easy journey. If you have a workplace that may be worth living center or in a suburb close to it.

When it comes to deciding on which is better between the suburbs or downtown, it all comes down to what you want and need. Nobody can answer this question for you. There are advantages and disadvantages of both, it is vital that you take the time to discuss your options.
