I dont believe the caucasian male is the most benefiting anymore. Minorities and women are given extra benefits and consideration based solely on how they are born. I know simply because I am of minority descent I can get college scholarships, grants, etc that a caucasian male is not eligible for. sometimes a minority will be chosen for a job over a caucasian simply to fill racial quotas. Even though racism and discrimination is supposedly "dead" the government is fueling it more than anyone else in my opinion by specifically treating everyone differently instead of EQUALLY!
Although statistically they are a bit more well off than some of their counterparts it isnt because they get special consideration or something, a lot of it has to do with how they were raised, the values they have, and their ambitions.

Communication skills are perhaps the most important skills that we have as humans since they allow us to express ourselves, show empathy, and learn new skills. If one can communicate effectively with both men and women, it allows us to experience new understanding, alternative viewpoints, and generally expand our adaptability. Being able to place yourself in another person's shoes is very useful and opens up new possibilities which may otherwise be missed and I honestly believe that most advances in civilization are based on collaborations between men and women.
If you wish to impose a viewpoint about which you feel passionate, projecting confidence and dominance can be useful. If you wish to make yourself accessible, approachable, and caring, a more feminine approach is far more effective. Please don't misinterpret my viewpoint as sexist – I've had many female bosses for whom I have the utmost respect and they were very effective communicators in a variety of circumstances – veritable chameleons (without being two-faced or inconsistent). I think we'd all be better off by admiring and copying each other's strengths and avoiding each other's weaknesses (both men and women).
It depends on what you mean by migrant workers! If you mean those that have gone through the legal system to come to our Country to work then like any other worker here they provide a service in which they are paid for. In that way they are a convenient and willing group of workers that can fill a labor need.
If by migrant worker you mean an illegal immigrant then I see no advantage that they might bring to our Country. They are a burden to our health services, to our welfare systems and place an undue burden on just about every aspect of our Social system. Since 9-11-01 over 50,000 good American Citizens have died as a direct result of illegal aliens. This is almost as many good men and women as we lost in the whole Vietnam war and over 10 times as many as we have lost in the Iraqi and Afghanistan wars combined. Illegal aliens are the fastest growing group in our prisons. Illegal aliens run or control some of the most violent gangs in our Country today, they are responsible for much of the brought into our Country These number pale when you add in the s and other violent crimes and when you add in the number of people harmed by stolen identities you can see how the price we pay easily in not worth the savings that is maybe gained by exploiting this group of workers by paying them far less then we would think of paying our own citizens.

I hope you have very fine leg hair because those damn things HURT! I had one long ago and was never able to epilate an area over about the size of a quarter without having to quit. I've never known anyone who used one regularly or did their whole legs.
